Shipping policy

We only ship and sell to the lower 48 states of the United States. Our primary shipping partner is the United States Postal Service(USPS). Once possession of your item is transferred to the USPS, you assume all risk and loss related to shipping delays and/or, but not limited to, loss of the package by the carrier. We do insure most of our shipments, so please reach out to us at sales@jrb-arms.com if you have an issue with shipping. Please keep in mind, we try to ship every order out as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours. Depending on demand, it could take up to a week for us to ship your order. Once shipped, please wait 15 days before you contact us if you haven't received your order.
